Politics at Manchester

We are one of the largest and strongest politics groupings in the UK with a long and distinguished history as a centre of research, research training and education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Our large scale allows us to support internationally recognised research across a broad range of areas. 

We currently have over 45 members of academic staff, 150 MA students and 60 PhD students, which makes for a vibrant and varied environment.

We offer politics courses and programmes at an undergraduate, taught master's and postgraduate research level.
